With so much fitness based activity, it’s natural that this family know how to eat. And better yet they all find joy in creating and testing new dishes. Justin is particularly adept at bread and cakes, Sharon at wraps and roasts and Jasmine at everything in between. Even “caramelised” omelettes! We’ll share our favourite running recipes, nutrition tips and other details here. We’ll even muse over the odd bottle of wine that we’ve mulled over beforehand.
